Tenants Federation supports residents to work together to campaign
for improvements in their neighbourhoods and to increase their influence
in local decision-making.
Our Fieldworkers
and experienced resident volunteers help groups set themselves up,
get recognised and get organised.
New groups
can affiliate to Leeds Tenants Federation to continue to receive
support.
We run
a freephone advice line for groups and attend residents group meetings,
or make home visits, to help members with advice and support on
campaigning or organisational issues.
We provide
a model constitution, equal opportunities policy and help packs
for residents groups. Please use the links to the right for these

We provide
a free copying service to help representatives produce newsletters
and flyers to keep their membership informed. We help design newsletters
for our members and they can use our IT suite in our resource room
to produce publicity or to research on the internet.
We regularly
update our affiliated groups about issues that concern them, producing
quarterly newsletters and sending monthly information mailings.
