Tenant Involvement Framework

Leeds Tenants Federation (formerly known as TIC) negotiated a tenant participation Compact with the council in March 2000.

In February 2003, TIC agreed a new three-part Compact with the council and its six Arms Length Management Organisations. This Tenant Involvement Framework sets out standards for tenant involvement across the city.

Parts 2 and 3 of this Framework document provide clear action plans for how each of the six ALMOs will meet these standards.

The Framework is a living document and Leeds Tenants Federation has already begun the process of revising it and setting out new standards and new aspirations.

To read the Tenant Involvement Framework you will need a free programme called Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have this on your computer, you can download it free here.
