Local Tenant Compacts

Local compacts give tenants groups in Leeds a formal involvement in decision making.

Registered tenants groups agree an action plan to set about getting improvements to their estate or to local services.

They sign an agreement with their local Housing Manager who pledges to support the group to achieve their aims.

This agreement is written into a Local Compact and is monitored and reviewed by the tenants group with the help of Leeds Tenants Federation.
