Tenant-led STATUS survey

Leeds Tenants Federation has been commissioned by Leeds City Council to project manage its 2008 survey on tenant satisfaction.

This is the first time a Tenants Organisation has undertaken the STATUS survey on behalf of its landlord. It is a landmark in tenant-led regulation.

The Federation has contracted the market research company MRUK to carry out the survey of 3000 tenants. The survey was out in early September and 1270 responses were received.
