Leeds Tenants Federation
is a company limited by guarantee.
It is led by a Management
Board of 18 resident directors, with places reserved
for council tenants, housing association tenants and private residents.
It meets monthly to direct the work of the organisation.
An Executive
Board of five, made up of the Chair, Deputy Chair
and three Lead Members, one from each working group, supervises staff
and makes operational decisions
Three Working
Groups meet monthly to plan and carry out a programme
of work to meet the annual Service Plan targets.
A cross-tenure Membership
of individual residents and affiliated tenants & residents groups
elects the Management Committee at the Annual General Meeting.
