Annual Residents Group survey
Each year up to 2006 Leeds Tenants Federation carried out a survey of all residents groups.
The survey tested satisfaction with services from landlords and from Leeds Tenants Federation itself.
The survey was an important tool for housing organisations keen to improve their resident involvement services.
It also helped Leeds Tenants Federation ensure it is providing a quality services to groups.
