Cross Tenure Tenant Inspection & Mystery Shopping

Leeds Tenants Federation is pioneering a unique cross-tenure approach to tenant inspection and mystery shopping.

It has now completed its sixth inspection branching out into more complex tenant inspections for landlords in addition to the one-off mystery shopping checks.

Leeds Tenants Federation's Tenant Inspection team is made up of tenants from seven different landlords who each bring their distinct point of view and sense of quality to provide a quality check on other housing organisations.
