Front & back office communication at Connect, Leeds South Homes and BITMO
In 2006 / 2007 Leeds Tenants Federation carried out its second unique cross-tenure inspection, this time of front and back office communications at three different housing providers: Leeds South Homes ALMO, Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation and Connect Housing.
